This App is awesome. It very minimalistic and helps the customer to answer their general concerns about the shipping and returns. Lots of customers are always concerned with the shipping and return policy and this App is the best way to communicate any policy related queries that the customer might have Also, the customer support is superb as usual. Really amazing app. Features are great and the price is more then fair. Ive had this app for multiple month now and never had a problem with it. The customer support is amazing. Zendeskのようなヘルプデスクも良いのですが、Gorgiasというサービスを別ですでに使っているので、Zendeskでは無駄な機能がありすぎる上に価格が高いという問題がありました。
このアプリは、使いやすいですし、本当に必要なFAQだけを利用することができたのでとても良かったです。
カスタマーサポートもとても早くて助かりました。
