This app was super easy to set up - and the migration offering made it painless. Support was very helpful and available. Response was quick. They even made an effort check and point out links that weren't working. Loving the icons and the layout, especially on the FAQ homepage - visually appealing and user friendly. Also particularly like that like that you can link the questions to each other and get individual URL links for each question. Highly recommended!
Very good app. There's a lot of functionality to it, and you can really fill out the requisite information for your store in a coherent way with it.
We initially considered writing a set of FAQ documents directly in Shopify as standard pages but thought I'd try this app. Blown away by how easy it is to setup and how much more professional it looks than using Shopify pages. Support is fantastic too! Highly recommended.
