This service is extremely unreliable. It replaced all my original images with wrong featured images and permanently overwrote them with watermarks. There is no way to recover my original data now. On top of that, there is zero email support. This caused serious damage to my website. Not recommended at all.
Hi Rana, we're sorry to hear you didn't have a great experience. However, to be fair, you wrote this after we replied to your initial email and were actively providing you with support. Then, you removed access to your store as we were fixing the issue.
So yes, I wish we could have helped more. But I confirm your data isn't lost or permanently deleted - we have it safely stored and are happy to continue helping you with the issue as soon as you reply to our email and store collaboration access.

Doesn't work right, won't watermark all images, just hangs at processing. Even paid for the upgraded membership and nothing. Zero support.

I was facing a billing issue at the beginning of this month, and honestly the support team helped me resolve this issue they were so professional and everything worked fine.
Also the watermark is a gamechanger , as a Prints ( owned by me ) brand owner , watermark protects my designs from lazy thiefs who tries to take my designs,

There is no support. They state 24/7 support with a reaction in 5 minutes with chat, and mail support in 12-24 hours. After 3 days stil no reaction on chat and mail :(

They don't delete your photos if you want to remove the watermarks and that is amazing. Due to the time difference, they seem to take longer to respond but they will certainly get back to you.
