There is no support. They state 24/7 support with a reaction in 5 minutes with chat, and mail support in 12-24 hours. After 3 days stil no reaction on chat and mail :(

The app boasts a user-friendly interface that makes it straightforward to apply watermarks to your product images. Upon installation, navigating through the app and configuring settings is intuitive, even for those new to Shopify and image protection techniques.
Great service! Easy to install and manage.
They don't delete your photos if you want to remove the watermarks and that is amazing. Due to the time difference, they seem to take longer to respond but they will certainly get back to you.
