they charged me 30 usd instead of 5.99 USD !!!!!!
as per the app pricing plan they have to charge me 5.99 USD for less than 10 images and I only ised 1000 image.
hi Ballr, you reported this issue to us on Monday and within one hour we had replied and issued a refund for $25. I wish you also included that in your review...
Our standard pricing is $5.99 / month for up to 10,000 images. There was an error in the code which caused you to get charged $5 x 6 times and we've already fixed that.

There is no support. They state 24/7 support with a reaction in 5 minutes with chat, and mail support in 12-24 hours. After 3 days stil no reaction on chat and mail :(
