Straightforward setup — had a post-purchase survey configured in a few minutes. Clean interface, easy to navigate as a first-time user. Good starting price point for smaller stores looking to gather feedback from customers.

I've always needed a way to get real feedback from buying customers, using this app I've been able to really see who enjoys our products and who doesn't. Giving us an understanding on where to move forward and what to bring more of to our store. 10/10

I've been wanting to understand my customers better for ages but didn’t want to deal with complicated tools or high costs. Survey Daddy made it simple, affordable and super easy to set up. Already seeing insights we can use in our marketing. Great value!

We've been looking to collect data on where our customers are coming from, how and why they use our products etc for a while now but were put off by app charges and complex set up.

I've been looking for a cost-effective and simple post purchase survey app and I think I found it! So many of the other apps I was considering cost 3-4x Survey Daddy, which really doesn't make sense for my business so I'm glad I found this one! It's very easy to install, set up, and get started with right away, which is a must and a win in my book for any app I use. I highly recommend!
