susGain is a platform for sustainable and eco-conscious merchants to promote their sustainable activities and initiates to a dedicated target audience of eco-conscious consumers that value these initiatives and promote brand loyalty and recurring purchases.
susGain's platform allows the sustainable and eco-conscious merchants to:
1) Feature their eco-friendly products and sustainable practices to a relevant conscious audience that values them 2) Attract, engage and retain the fast-growing number of eco-conscious consumers 3) Strengthen brand image and have sustainability as a competitive edge
susGain has developed a sustainability framework based on the United Nations 17 Sustainable Development Goals. To join susGain, partner merchants undergo a review process and need to qualify for at least 1 of 8 sustainability badges and commit to a sustainability pledge.
The sustainability badges and pledge allow merchants to showcase their sustainable products and business practices to customers at purchasing level.
This Shopify Partner app “susGain Merchant Loyalty” is available for free download to all Shopify eco-conscious merchants that have signed agreements with susGain.
This app facilitates the automatic real-time tracking of susGain user transactions, which leads to the award of susGain points and cash back to the users, charity donations to the beneficiaries chosen by the users and to the billing of a referral based marketing fee from susGain to the partner merchant.
