I love this app! Major improvement to the default Shopify cart + has amazing features that helps convert buyers like a beast! Just in love❤
I hate to do this. The app itself is great, but support is one of the worst I've experienced with Shopify apps so far. Answers to basic questions take days, if not weeks to even be aknowledged. I think I even had an issue where I did not get a reply at all. I've used this app for a while and it has always been like that, so it looks like they simply don't care. For any Shopify app, this would be a very bad look. For an app that controls a key function - the Shopify cart - which always causes issues and is obviously essential, it's simply unacceptable and impossible to work with.
I recommend you look elsewhere, which is what I will do.
We have tried our best to contact you with no response.
With the last update that we have uploaded, the app works correctly and is now more fluid.
What an amazing app . Looks amazing and Brigitte has been fantastic with all her support.. Would highly recommend this app. Really helps with conversions

Vraiment une super appli. Je ne laisse pas souvent des avis mais là, vu la quantité de personnalisation possible c'est mérité. Tout ce que l'on souhaite modifier et modifiable, une quantité d'options très importante pour absolument tout personnaliser. Attention, cette appli nécessite de la configuration (elle fonctionne bien en standard mais pour obtenir le résultat que l'on souhaite, il faudra fouiller dans les réglages). Ne convient pas à ceux qui cherchent une appli clé en main. Pour ceux qui aiment s'investir, c'est la meilleure appli pour mon panier que j'ai pu essayer à ce jour.

Super Support, bei uns musste viel angepasst werden der Support hat direkt geholfen und sich der Problematik angenommen. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen die app einfach zum einrichten und lässt Kunden schneller konvertieren inkl. Upsells.
