I don't know how to use this APP, I don't know how to get in touch with them? Sent an email, never received any reply

We have tried to contact the customer many times with no response, it only took 2 hours for us to reply to your mail and you left a bad review for no reason, we are in Eastern time zone.
Terrible, messed up our cart page. Adjustments to cart items with the plus and minus button now duplicates the product inside the cart, removing the product also duplicates it again. They should be removed from the app store list for this terrible code corruption, so rookie. PLEASE FIX NOW!
We have reviewed the cart page of your store and the products are duplicated because you have an automatic discount, this has nothing to do with our app.
The app uses App blocks for themes, this means that we do not leave files inside the templates after uninstall.
Doesn't work. App doesn't install properly

We are very happy to inform you that our team has just updated the application and everything is working correctly, we hope you will install it again :)
Read the two reviews before me, but despite how bad they were I decided to give the app a chance just because of how great it looked on the example site. Unfortunately, I literally cannot get the app to install. Hopefully they fix this problem one day, so I can change this review from 1 star to 5.
