Slide Cart Drawer by IACart

The single worst customer service I have ever experienced. Months with no response. Then when they finally respond they don't review your ticket. Before I granted them access to my store I asked them if they understood the issue I was having. They proceeded to outline issues that didnt pertain to me or the apps I was using. Not to mention I had attached a loom video 10 days prior that wasnt even viewed by them until days after their access request and outline!! The app itself has a ton of bugs. Overall there are other great options out there for a sliding cart app that you should consider before this one.

I am using now the Sticky Cart Drawer app on 4 Stores. And is definitely the most important App you must have for your shopify Store.

I am using it to drastically increase my client's conversion rates.

Actually I often double my revenues by using all the features of this app!

Note to heysenior: Can you add a feature where we can get rewards for quantity of items and not just amount spent? For example free shipping when quantity is 10.

I can no longer recommend this app as their support is nonexistent. There was a technical bug with multicurrency pricing, and also another technical support issue. I sent multiple emails starting Sep 3 to Bridgette but haven't gotten any response. They have a history of slow response with me and other customers (see other reviews) which is unacceptable for such an important app. I believe they bit off more than they can chew by adding too many extra features and forget what's important. I switched to an app called OBSI Incentivize that my theme recommended. Pros: the only slide cart upsell app I've found that looks decent
Cons: Technical issues occurred and support speed can be improved. I've had several issues during setup and support takes days to reply. 1. App was not working after installing, products were not showing in slide cart. It took at least 2 weeks for them to figure out the issue.
2. After the fix, products were showing in the wrong currency in the slide cart. Eventually this was fixed but I lost sales.

Works great. Easy to customize. I even had changes that I needed done to the code and Brigitte and her team worked to make the changes I needed and implemented them in a product update.

Do not try any other app, this is the one you're looking for! After many attempts, finally found the perfect all-in-one app that does everything and is easy to use with amazing customer service! Thank you!

had some compatibility issue and i reached out to support. They never got back to me. Got the app to work eventually but lack of support is worrying.

We had a few custom requests before going live with this app and the team was extremely helpful and responsive in getting them implemented. Their back-end is also super intuitive and easy to update when it comes to design, copy, etc. Would recommend!
