Support is super amazing. They take a while to reply at first but after they help you out they get the job done really quick. Loving the app!

I hate to do this. The app itself is great, but support is one of the worst I've experienced with Shopify apps so far. Answers to basic questions take days, if not weeks to even be aknowledged. I think I even had an issue where I did not get a reply at all. I've used this app for a while and it has always been like that, so it looks like they simply don't care. For any Shopify app, this would be a very bad look. For an app that controls a key function - the Shopify cart - which always causes issues and is obviously essential, it's simply unacceptable and impossible to work with.
I recommend you look elsewhere, which is what I will do.

I've tried a couple of other apps, but have ultimately settled on this fantastic cart! The service is also fantastic. The only thing missing is analytics for the upsell modules.

Very useful app, great customer service, very fast reply to demands. I would recommend it to boost the conversion rate !

App has some functionality issues and formatting issues we brought up to their support team. We were told they would assist in in fixing these but never heard back. There are also no analytics to see what effect your upsell/cross-selling achieves. App is halfway there, wish they would spend a little more time improving it.

Very practical, my theme did not have a drawer cart, but now I have one thanks to this application !

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I installed other apps that did not do as stated, that never answered emails. I ran into this app & installed though it did not show properly on install, I emailed for support & was responded to in less than 10 mins & b4 I could even respond back their was a request in Shopify for access to my store so that they could fix issue. They are very responsive, app is customizable, super friendly customer support & they are open to add requested customizations.
