Guys, there is still an issue after your so-called fix. Please look at the email and video I sent you 6 hours ago. - I've been using this app for years and have generally had a good experience. Whenever I've encountered issues in the past, the support team has been quick to respond and resolve them. However, my recent experience has been quite disappointing.

I reached out for support early on a Sunday and promptly received a reply requesting more information, which I provided immediately. Since then, I've sent three follow-up emails but haven't received any further response. This lack of communication is frustrating, especially given my positive past experiences with their customer service. I hope they can resolve this issue soon and return to their usual high support standard.

Horrible, non existent customer service. Can't launch our store because their app isn't working - trying to reach them for a day and their phone can't take anymore messages and no one answers emails. If you need customer service with your product, look elsewhere.

Even if you delete the app the feature stay on product detail page. STAY AWAY!

it left code on my site which i had to manually remove DO NOT USE THIS APP UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES ..

We would have been very happy to help you out with this issue (we checked and there was no support ticket open for your store).

Actually when you uninstall the app, the coding automatically gets disabled soon after. Usually it takes a dozen minutes up to an hour.

I deleted the app because doesn't show color swatch on collections page. Even although I have deleted app it still shows all over my website. How do i stop it?

Broke our store theme Kagami, does not show swatches on collections page, and does not show even swatches properly on the product page. Furthermore does not seem to have any way to be uninstalled. Please make this app uninstallable. Also shopify please make a method or tutorial available for product swatches on collection pages. All methods in e-commerce university are marked as outdated, even as late as 5 months ago. We refuse to pay for broken code for something that was freely available and does not even uninstall. Dev does not pick up phone and did not respond to our email.

You can`t actually delete this app and color swathes still visible. It is not appropriate for paid app. Now i have to update everything for to back my previous state of theme. really disappointed.
