Swatches Dotify

After a short delay until Webyze support got back to me, I was having trouble getting the app to work as intended, but Webyze support came to the rescue and I now have custom 2-colr swatches on my complex products. Pleased to recommend the app and the company.

Does what it is supposed to. Was not able to change the trigger of where colors are shown though, which made the App uninteresting for me. I would change the review if someone on the support team could help me configuring swatches on different types of options.

This is a great app that is very useful for anyone selling products with many unusual colors or pattern variations. The install was surprisingly easy, and many of our color variants were automatically converted. We needed a couple of small fixes and customizations, which they did for us very quickly. Highly recommended!

This app works great! Super easy to use. It took a little bit to fix some hiccups, but support cleared that up for us. Initially, all of the variants were hiding due to some back-end code. Support was fast and helpful. Answered all my questions. Did the fixes for me. All good! 4-30-19 Update: Still works great. Developers are still quick and helpful with minimal effort on our end. Thanks! 2-08-21 Update: Some of my products with a LOT of swatches started to run onto the 'add to cart' button. They helped me by going in and adding some extra space and it looks great.

Love this app! One of the biggest challenges I've had with customers is that when they would select a picture of a color they like of our floating sunglasses they then would go to checkout and it wouldn't be the image they selected. This is the default challenge for Shopify.

With Swatches, now they can select the image of the Swatch and it's more clear to the user that they have selected the right one for checkout.

I had some issues with setup but the service quickly resolved these issues for me and got the app working properly on my theme. Thanks guys! Great app :)

How did this app get good ratings...? This app is terrible, once I installed it the directions were horrible and I had no idea on what to do next to install it on my products. Now I'm on the support chat with Shopify because the stupid app didn't delete completely when i uninstalled the app... it's already cost me sales in my store. Really not happy.
