Guys, there is still an issue after your so-called fix. Please look at the email and video I sent you 6 hours ago. - I've been using this app for years and have generally had a good experience. Whenever I've encountered issues in the past, the support team has been quick to respond and resolve them. However, my recent experience has been quite disappointing.

I reached out for support early on a Sunday and promptly received a reply requesting more information, which I provided immediately. Since then, I've sent three follow-up emails but haven't received any further response. This lack of communication is frustrating, especially given my positive past experiences with their customer service. I hope they can resolve this issue soon and return to their usual high support standard.

Horrible, non existent customer service. Can't launch our store because their app isn't working - trying to reach them for a day and their phone can't take anymore messages and no one answers emails. If you need customer service with your product, look elsewhere.

Broke our store theme Kagami, does not show swatches on collections page, and does not show even swatches properly on the product page. Furthermore does not seem to have any way to be uninstalled. Please make this app uninstallable. Also shopify please make a method or tutorial available for product swatches on collection pages. All methods in e-commerce university are marked as outdated, even as late as 5 months ago. We refuse to pay for broken code for something that was freely available and does not even uninstall. Dev does not pick up phone and did not respond to our email.

You can`t actually delete this app and color swathes still visible. It is not appropriate for paid app. Now i have to update everything for to back my previous state of theme. really disappointed.

How did this app get good ratings...? This app is terrible, once I installed it the directions were horrible and I had no idea on what to do next to install it on my products. Now I'm on the support chat with Shopify because the stupid app didn't delete completely when i uninstalled the app... it's already cost me sales in my store. Really not happy.

Wow. We had this app installed for 3 minutes before we realized it was automatically live on the website, prior to getting ANY of our Swatches updated, it was showing up on our product pages with only about 1/5th of what was needed. Considering we just launched a new line of products today, and our website had a high amount of traffic for us, who were now on a website that did not give them the proper selection of variants.

Had they had a simple "test mode" none of this would have been an issue...and if they do, in my frantic struggle through the admin panel, settings, swatches etc did not turn this up, so there is a user experience failure there as I was unable to find a very basic button.

Overall, this short frustrating experience has convinced me to avoid Webyze at all cost.
