Support is non-existent. Have been trying to reach out using their Zendesk support ticketing system. Submitted two tickets in the past week and was advised approx 24 hour response. Currently I am still yet to hear back and will likely be discontinuing use of SweepWidget once our campaigns have ended.
We recently had the chance to dive into SweepWidget, and must say, it has completely transformed how we run online contests and giveaways. We noticed an impressive boost in our email subscribers.

We've been running SweepWidget contests over year for our local school events. Their contest software has been consistently reliable and produced good results for our school functions.
