Support is non-existent. Have been trying to reach out using their Zendesk support ticketing system. Submitted two tickets in the past week and was advised approx 24 hour response. Currently I am still yet to hear back and will likely be discontinuing use of SweepWidget once our campaigns have ended.
We recently had the chance to dive into SweepWidget, and must say, it has completely transformed how we run online contests and giveaways. We noticed an impressive boost in our email subscribers.

Apps works great, it's pretty easy to use. Like anything kinks come up but they worked to fix them. That's huge in my book. This is going to take our sweepstakes to the next level and keep cost down.
