We were looking for a simple app to boost sales with product upsell, this app has made upselling on our website a smooth process. Great app, absolutely love it.
Incredibly patient and helpful support team. They explained how it works and encouraged me to place a test order to fully understand its features. A few hours later we had a couple of sales come in tagged through the app.
As someone new to Shopify, finding the perfect upsell app seemed daunting at first. I stumbled upon Sweet Upsell, encouraged by its great reviews. Initially, navigating through the options and settings was challenging, but support got me up and running after a quick chat.
I’ve been trying to remove the app for days, but no matter what I do, I can’t seem to cancel it. I’ve contacted support multiple times, but I’m still getting charged and no one has helped me resolve the issue. It’s extremely frustrating and disappointing that I’m unable to get any assistance or stop the recurring payments. This is very poor customer service, and I would not recommend this app to anyone.

In short, uninstalling the app will immediately cancel the subscription.
Looking at the logs it was successfully uninstalled and cancelled a few weeks ago. Shopify bill on their own schedule, we have since refunded the last month you were with us and hope you might consider the perspective here.
This app fully deserves its 5-star rating. It has excellent functionality, but also the team behind it genuinely get customer care. A big thank you and heartfelt appreciation to Jaachi and the entire team!
