This is by far the best web app I've ever used! Customers can ask questions and get answers in real time! They also have a Tidio Chat android app which I have on my cell phone so I can respond no matter where I am! It also shows you what the customer is typing as they're typing so you can start typing your response before they're even finished so they don't have to wait around. If you want to up your customer support and satisfaction then this is the way to go!

Worth it. Definitely. Easy to set up and delivers a great value to the business. Especially after they make available the possibility of translating all screens for end users.
