Loyalty & Rewards by Yotpo

Currently I am using this app for the newsletter/email popup only (for now) so my review focuses on that.

I have to say, when I first tried this app a few weeks ago I didn't like it. It felt overly complicated and confusing. I had to figure out how to tun off all of the things I didn't want. I played around with it for a while, but could never quite get what I wanted out of it. I will say that I just didn't put enough time into learning it.

In the meantime I tried a few other apps and found most of them to be lacking - especially in the design of the popup ability. I am VERY particular about the aesthetics of my site.

I decided to give Swell another shot and spent a little more time with it. I am pleased to say that this is the app that I picked to move forward with. I have not found another app that allows for the flexibility in designing the popup windows, without coding, as much as this one. I had one question when setting up my coupon code and the support team answered within minutes.

If you are willing to spend a little time learning the interface and functions, this app will serve you well.

I know I am just using a small piece of this app, but as I explore the other features I'm confident that I will be able to customize them to suit my needs. I look forward to growing together with this company.

This is so cool that this is free! If I were a customer I would definitely shop somewhere with a rewards program vs. somewhere that does not. When I initially heard about this, I thought it would be expensive and that it would be a nightmare to install. I have found that it is extremely easy to install and customize- and cannot wait to see the results! Super excited!

We had a few hiccups with initial install due to a previous install that was removed. Josh and the team got it taken care of and now we can see first hand all the functions and flexibility SWELL has to offer our customers.

We are truly impressed with the amount of options SWELL provides over our existing rewards platform and are looking forward to implementing it as part of our new website. Definitely worth the wait :-)

Fabulous app for Shopify!! Highly recommended.

This is by far the best web app I've ever used! Customers can ask questions and get answers in real time! They also have a Tidio Chat android app which I have on my cell phone so I can respond no matter where I am! It also shows you what the customer is typing as they're typing so you can start typing your response before they're even finished so they don't have to wait around. If you want to up your customer support and satisfaction then this is the way to go!

This app was one of the main reasons I decided to start using Shopify. It works very well and our customers are thrilled with having a rewards app in place. I spent about half an hour with support one evening and was very impressed with the quick and friendly service as well. Thank you.
