Their entry level loyalty package allows you to at least get started until you can afford the Gold package and have the Loyalty Page, VIP and other nice features for your customers. Very please with the swell app so far. I haven't been able to get the java script link to my rewards tab to work, and they charge $150 per hour to set this up for you which is a shame. Other than that I am very please with this rewards program. Thanks swell!

Love It. It`s simple and easy to use. I`m still testing all the options, however what I`ve seen so far it`s really useful and user friendly.

Very easy to install and set up. Curious to see the results.

The support is absolutely not responsive. The app is buggy, the setting is not user-friendly.

1. Follow @ Instagram can be completed multiple times. I have many buyers just earn many points and just get rewards with the points, which cause a loss in business. The support never get back to me although 3 days passed, I have to manually adjust the points for all the customers

2. Refer a friend doesn't work although "fraud prevention" has been disabled.
