So far so good! It took more time for me to decide how to price out my campaign than anything. The UI is really smooth and intuitive. Just be sure to watch the intro video to get familiar with the layout and terminology.

I had a couple of questions that support was very quick to address, even as we approached midnight on the east coast. They even showed me how to put my campaign in the top navigation bar instead of the little stub. I found out that you do have to have the Pro package in order to do this.

Highly recommended and I look forward to seeing the campaigns in motion!

Funnily enough this app's name is quite fitting. Quite swell indeed. Even through a free plan, the customisation options are rather numerous and optimisation for branding colours, text, and so on, is great. The paid features are interesting, and with the lowest paid plan being fantastically priced in comparison to other loyalty apps, and also containing a good amount of content, we feel that Swell is definitely our favourite so far for customer rewards and loyalty. Superb development, and responsible pricing. Will definitely recommend.

Very easy to use, Ive only had it for a month and already seeing results. I also love that it is free and then only charges down the line dependant on your sales volume. This really helps in being fair to smaller businesses! Thank you!

Just downloaded this app tonight and immediately wanted to know if I could give points to the customers who had been shopping since my site opened. I also wanted to know if I could change the position of the "rewards" tab on my website. So I sent a chat at 1:45AM and immediately got a response from Rachel A. She was EXTREMELY helpful! She knew immediately how to solve each question I had, and even gave me more information for the future. There was no waiting time. I am beyond impressed!
