Wow! This is a very easy and rewarding tool for my customers.I love that I can give back to my customers by rewarding them on their creation day(birthday)!! Very good !!

have been happy with it, however I would like to downgrade back to the Free plan while i put my shop on sleep mode and while upgrading is easy, there is no way to actually go back down. I have contacted the company with no reply and have been charged another $40 for a program that I currently am not using. This is why small businesses go broke!!!

Great App! You can set up a customized loyalty programm in just a few hours. It has a lot of options to customized your rewards and campaigns. Integration is easy and if you struggle with something there is a support which helps you in a couple of hours! Can warmly recommend yotpo!

Great so far. Has really helped. I would highly reccomend this app to any of the shops for more visiabilty.Will continue to use.

The online part works nicely, but I'll have to share the perspective of a brick and mortar retailer with ShopifyPOS. It stopped working on POS 4-5 months ago and it hasn't been fixed. So, it doesn't seem to be a good fit for those who focus who have stores. We'll probably be looking elsewhere for one that'll work well with POS.
