We really tried our best to make this app work, but the customer service was not helpful at all. It is one of the worst customer service experiences we've ever had with an app on Shopify.

Swell is one of my favorite apps on shopify ! It increases our store's customer engagement and loyalty on another level! I'd Recommend this app to ANYONE who wants to start a store and be successful

Since it's free, it's nice!
I will give you 5 stars as soon as you fix presentation of the banner on iPhones and iPads (in left and right position - banner still horisontal!)
And add please customization of the size of the banner!

My customers are already using our Swell powered rewards program. 12 referral sales have in just two days, incredible. I'm happy I gave it a shot. Go team Swell.

So far so good. The only thing so far is that their are options for getting points for "likes" on both Instagram and Twitter, but there is not an option to this for Facebook (only points for viewing the fbook page). I will add any updates to this once I have more time to learn more about the pros and cons...
