I chose Swell because I also have Yotpo reviews (same company) and the integration allows me to automatically reward my customers with points when they submit a product review. Also, I've noticed recently that they have online chat which is something new. That's a big benefit and I was able to receive great suppot from them through the chat.
Great app and easy to use. There was an issue with the rewards popup not updating which was quickly resolved by the Yotpo Growth Support Hero Lemuel.

I am still getting started with the app, but the technical support has been EXCELLENT! They took me through all my questions and I feel I can ask for help as needed in a timely manner.
It’s okay so far...I have only just downloaded the app so there’s not much to say. However, It was very easy to set up.
The customer service I was received from Josephine B. was immensely helpful during in the the installation process
I Was able to set the entire app up. I got a little confused with integrating it with my shop but Jerrah helped me get it straightens out.
This is my second Yotpo integration across two different brands. The chat support has made this experience WAY better.
Update: If you get a chance to work with Justin in Customer Support you're very fortunate. He solved multiple issues for me quicker than any other means including my CSM. Great guy, super smart, and excellent service. Reduced my setup stress by 10x
