Loyalty & Rewards by Yotpo

I just installed this app and had a few technical/functional questions. Kerby was very prompt and explained everything that I needed to know. It always makes you feel more trusting of an app/ product when you have a company that prioritizes customer service.

We use this app to provide our customers a solid and robust loyalty program. We had a few hiccups at launch, but the team was quick to help and get us going in the proper direction. Support is always clear and helpful. When needed, they escalate and get back to us (usually within 24 hours). My only complaint is that it can sometimes be tough to find where a specific setting is made. The UI could be a bit more intuitive.

I just started using the app. I was having some difficulty in customizing some of the features and when I reached out the service was very fast and they helped me solve my issues. Thanks so much for your help.

It is the best Rewards & Loyalty app I have tried. It's easy to use and it looks great on the website. Also, if you have any issue, they are very helpful and they answer in less than 5 minutes! I recommend this app

Great app, we have the silver plan. I would love a bit more customisation capabilities but for the price and level of service I think it is amazing value. Kerby is a star!

This app has been working ok so far, a little bit confusing to use but the customer service was excellent!

Everytime I have an issue, they take care of it right away!! I recently had an issue and Rowell L was so easy to deal with and fixed my issue in no time at all!
