Dont use it.
After i switch from smile to yotpo i lose 70% of users that use rewards. We pay 4 time more then smile.io and get very bad results. Waste of time & lots of money.
Just learning to use Swell, but its idiot-proof design and simple ideas make it a great app for small businesses like mine! Its uncomplicated, and hopefully keeps my customers coming back for more!
This is by far the best web app I've ever used! Customers can ask questions and get answers in real time! They also have a Tidio Chat android app which I have on my cell phone so I can respond no matter where I am! It also shows you what the customer is typing as they're typing so you can start typing your response before they're even finished so they don't have to wait around. If you want to up your customer support and satisfaction then this is the way to go!

I Would you use it again and would recommend it to a friend
I have submitted 2 tickets and have waited over 5 days to hear back from you with no effort to assist me. I have been using the free version for over a year and while editing my settings I accidentally upgraded to the $29 paid version I noticed within the hour and downgraded back to the free version. However on my next shopify bill I noticed I was charged the $29 MONTHLY fee even though I was upgraded for less than an hour. I have asked multiple times to offer a refund and no one has gotten back to me. Pretty poor customer service.

We make small-batch herbal remedies for common health concerns and just launched Swell for our rewards program. It's the perfect solution for us, since we prefer rewarding customers for loyalty and social media advocacy over random discounting. It also helps us develop a more meaningful relationship with our best customers.
Setting up the app was painless, though it does take a little time if you choose to fully customize the pop-up windows and messages that users receive. We greatly appreciate the many opportunities Swell provides to tailor the app to our own brand voice. And whenever we had questions or needed help – such as crediting existing customers with accounts with points – Josh was quick to respond. (So quick, that we think he's been cloned into a team of Joshes.)
The rewards program has been live for only a couple of days, but already we're seeing customers take advantage , and the feedback is good. Once it's been running a bit longer, we'll provide an update. But so far, we're really pleased with Swell and highly recommend it.
