J'ai utilisé cette application pour lancer mon premier programme de fidélité et elle est parfaite ! Tout est personnalisable et l'équipe Yotpo est hyper réactive pour aider à la mise en place.

Too many issues with this app! We are constantly having customers say they cannot access their account along with a boat load of other issues.. The points are too easily redeemable. A lot of customers just don't get how it works which tells us its not as user friendly as it coule be. It is not worth the trouble but now that our customers are used to it being on website its hard to delete the feature. So we are looking for another app to use.

My success person is helpful. When I have had questions they are answered immediately. Chat support is fantastic. I think my biggest complaint is how "plain" everything looks! The rewards modules are kind of clunky and the triggered emails are very plain. For the cost of the program I would expect something more sleek. However, it works. I have not had issues with the point system (other than it's a bit complicated for my old customers to learn at first). I'm moving to a new email provider that integrates with Swell/Yotpo. I'm hoping to just move my triggered emails over there for a better customer experience.

Paying $630.00 USD a month but receive zero support. Asking for help on some simple issue but was not willing to help, keep pushing us away. Feel like a fool to sign a year contract. Be careful.

Amazing. Other loyalty programs are VERY limited in functionality. Swell has the most flexibility and feature set by far. Josh and his team are very responsive and are often right there ready to chat about issues through Intercom. Best loyalty program on Shopify by far. I used other programs but they didn't hold a candle and were very slow to release features on Shopify. It was rather painful before Swell. Thanks for a great product with great support. You guys rock!

Excellent customer service and technical support. Quit worrying about your loyalty program, and install Swell Rewards. Simple plug n' play, easy to configure, and very customizable. One of the founders, James, even took time to help me configure some strange requests for our store. Got it all up and running within 5 minutes, and our customers are loving it! Increasing sign ups, purchases, and customer retention rates. Huge thanks to the Swell Staff for being so awesome!!

The rewards have started coming in.Its been 2 weeks since we signed up for SWELL, and our sales have surely improved.
