I liked this program for rewarding customers. Our people are great at sharing and referrals so it was nice to be able to track that and reward. However we were receiving so many emails that required us to look up accounts, help with retrieving coupons, etc. etc. and on and on. The app is flexible enough to meet a variety of types of loyalty and referral programs. Great support from Jerrah! Wish it didn't have a $250 upcharge to connect even one integration like Klaviyo

It has great features, works well and support is second to none!

After six months, I strongly do not recommend Yotpo. It's a subpar product that is clunky and all over the place. Their admin interface is mismatched and terrible. It's waaay overpriced. Their outside marketing looks good, but once under the hood, you'll regret it.
