Great customer service and the app looks promising!
Great, easy to use app. Looks great on our site with just the right amount of customization.
Just launched our L&R program today and overall it was quite seamless and straighforward! I had reached out to the live support for help with getting the program activated and live on our site and Jovan (I think that was their name), was super helpful and prompt. They had the program up and running within 10 minutes. I'm not sure how long it would have taken me if I tried to do it out on my own, but it made the launch feel so much less stressful. Thank you!

i used this app to try and engage my customers and make my email list longer, HUGE help. Must Have App
Leonard helped me get my rewards page up, code implemented on my site, added to my navigation. He saved me a TON of time trying to figure it out myself. I love giving business to a company that has stellar customer service!
not a bad app, would recommend but not too easy to setup!
While the app offers a fair amount of functionality with the basic set-up, the app is expensive beyond that. And they charge a sur-charge for orders over the given limit per plan.
Hoping now that yotpo has bought them, that things will change. For now I'm sticking with the basic plan.
Great app overall. Improvements along the way continue to help.
So far so good, just installed it and the customer service has been excellent and people are already using it. I like the built in email feature to notify existing customers of the program. I would like to see a Facebook sharing reward to get followers to share and repost on Facebook rather than just twitter. Keep up the great work guys!
