Brilliant support when needed getting us set up. Can't wait to start using it and hopefully see some good results.
We were really pleased with the support from Yotpo. We had an issue updating the FAQ and they were hands-on in their response and the issue was resolved easily and quickly. This makes it so much easier to run our business, knowing we have support when needed. Thanks so much to Jovan who helped us, and to Yotpo for focusing on customer service!

We had issues with landing page configuration and loved the support, and set-up that was able to be done by Eriwn John C via chat. Super simple, easy and took the hard work out of if on this end.
Installed and created my loyalty programme in a hour, needed some support on getting my page live (as this process wasn't as clear as everything else) and the wonderful Joseph sorted everything in ten minutes. So far, my experience of the app and customer support has been five stars.
Leonard helped me get my rewards page up, code implemented on my site, added to my navigation. He saved me a TON of time trying to figure it out myself. I love giving business to a company that has stellar customer service!

Their entry level loyalty package allows you to at least get started until you can afford the Gold package and have the Loyalty Page, VIP and other nice features for your customers. Edilyn B was very helpful in assisting us to set up the module to show on our store and for it to work perfectly. Thank you so much.
Working with the Yotpo representative was a great experience. They were accommodating and patient throughout the entire process. We had a coding issue that they could resolve quickly and accurately. Not only did they fix our problem, but they also took the time to educate us on code embedding practices - something we appreciated. They were indeed a pleasure to work with!

The application is working great with customers so far at the level the email reminders for points earning and redemption. Rowel showed me great support now even it's the weekend and the live chat team is amazing always here and ready to help. many clients i have, they love it and doing great so far with the business, totally recommended!

The customer support team has been responsible and super helpful with getting us migrated over. Rilu (and others!) were able to get my issues resolved quickly, helped when my brain couldn't handle dealing with behind-the-scenes chaos, and generally made it easy! I appreciate it.
