Great app. A bit overwhelming for a beginner but im getting the hang of it now. Would recommend to anyone and hope it increases my sales.

This is my first time working with any rewards app and this is still the worst experience I've had. None of the fields, even to submit a ticket, are clickable. I click on them and nothing happens. I type and nothing happens. I can't change the coupon rewards for referrals OR newsletter pop-ups. Creating new coupons to be redeemed upon completing a campaign has the same problem. NONE OF YOUR FIELDS OF TEXT ARE EDITABLE. NOTHING IS FOUND IN GOOGLE WHEN I SEARCH FOR HELP. I CAN'T EVEN SUBMIT A HELP TICKET. This is the worst experience I've ever had with an app. If I could rate it zero stars I would happily.

Nice app but I hope it can be made more intuitive.

Good Rewards App but you have to subscribe monthly plan to get useful features.

Swell has dramatically increased my sales and keep the customers coming back for more quality products.

Set up was simple and easy. Am only giving 3 star because Iv only just started with the app. Look forward to seeing how it performs.

It appears, at least so far, that this app is exactly what we need... Trying to deal with a reward program manually is so much of a hassle... this will save us so much time and energy!

I've installed this app this evening.
Very nicely developed - clean interface, many customisabe options and straight-forward to use.
Hopefully I'll see noticeable differences over time.
Thank you to the developers for allowing this to be free for the smaller businesses out there!
