I really like Swell so far! I just set up all the customizable options and it's very user-friendly. I'm not sure yet how many customers it'll bring me, but I personally think this is a great way to bring up customer loyalty.

Best app i have used to date. Simple to navigate and understand, make sure you watch the videos they send when you get started, very helpful. They are super responsive if you have any questions and aren't afraid to tell you what direction they are heading.

Can't wait to see what else they do, this is a must have!

Just launched our L&R program today and overall it was quite seamless and straighforward! I had reached out to the live support for help with getting the program activated and live on our site and Jovan (I think that was their name), was super helpful and prompt. They had the program up and running within 10 minutes. I'm not sure how long it would have taken me if I tried to do it out on my own, but it made the launch feel so much less stressful. Thank you!

So far so good, just installed it and the customer service has been excellent and people are already using it. I like the built in email feature to notify existing customers of the program. I would like to see a Facebook sharing reward to get followers to share and repost on Facebook rather than just twitter. Keep up the great work guys!
