I really appreciate Swell's pricing philosophy in that they offer a free subscription plan (Bronze). It eliminates the financial entry barrier for small start-up companies to implement a rewards program to increase revenue and growth. True to Swell's claim, its relatively easy to set up and intuitive to use, and has a lot more customization flexibility compared to other platforms offering free subscriptions.

One minor issue - it would be helpful to be able to access the stylesheet when trying to customize things like the email notifications. Though to be fair, I've just started using Swell and may not yet have looked in the right place to access. :)

We have had a great response from our customers. If you are smart with how you reward your customers you can drive massive traffic to your site in a very quick time. Not to mention the added benefit of collecting customer emails, which is crucial for making that one time customer a long term one. We have loved Swell in our first month of business and are so so grateful it is free for new users.

Still making my way through the setup process. It's not the most user-friendly design for creating the rewards program. The creation of coupon codes is particularly challenging. The concept of the app is brilliant though.

Here at Tempt by Cazbe we could not be happier with this App Swell. Our customers have been signing up to our rewards program on this app, and its all because it's so easy to use. Capturing email addresses is extremely important to the survival of our skin care product range, and Swell does it perfectly. Fantastic App.

Easy to understand setup, done within 15. Has some good customisation options for popups. Runs well with a few platforms including shopify.

Pretty good. Left panel navigation is a bit confusing. But overall the app allows for decent customization and reporting.
