The customer service was indeed swell (pun totally intended)! We're very excited about the new tools to make work easier for us, and right now the app is definitely the one we've been looking for.
I had a problem about points setting. and I used online chat service, they were so helpful. Explaining with screenshots and video. I had the best experience with online chat! 5 stars!
Great System for Rewarding your Customers whilst Generating New sales
Swell is aptly named.. this is a great loyalty program with excellent support. Highly recommended! We are currently using it in our shop www.cigarpimp.com and have seen a drastic improvement in customer loyalty.
We were really pleased with the support from Yotpo. We had an issue updating the FAQ and they were hands-on in their response and the issue was resolved easily and quickly. This makes it so much easier to run our business, knowing we have support when needed. Thanks so much to Jovan who helped us, and to Yotpo for focusing on customer service!

Easy to setup and easy for customers to use. Already launched it and currently testing response from customers and its effectiveness in increasing sales/new customers.

It has been pretty easy to add this new reward program to our website - once it is set up it doesn't require much work from us. We like it ! :-)
