It is an amazing app with great features. And yes, it is free. Thank you for the customer customer and helping me getting the ap setup. It is simple to use. I hope the include more features related to email campaigns with automatically sending email rewards for abandon carts, recent buyers, forget to redeem coupon or points, etc. Also we should be able to create a good mailing list with amazing features. The app is mostly to capture emails which does an amazing job, but the list of customers needs to be transfer into your mailing list provider if you want to send mass email promotions, announcements, or other things.

The onboarding and MSM didn't set it up correctly, now we must go in and fix all of their mistakes to get the program working. Not worth the investment

I just launched my shop very recently so I can't say for sure what impact Swell will have on my store in the long run, but a few customers started collecting points by placing orders and sharing. The app pretty much does what it's supposed to do and works fine.

The only problem I have: My store's currency is JPY, and I have to give away ridiculous amounts of points to use the earn x points on purchase function. I can only give away points per 1 JPY, which is equal to about 1 cent. I would much rather give away 3 points per 100 JPY than 3 points per 1 JPY, but the app still works either way.

This app is truly amazing! I was able to customize a lot of features even with the free plan. I created a referral program, a point system. My customers love it! :) Thank you and can't wait for more.
