Joseph was insanely fast and very detailed. With his help I was able to customize all 3 of my referral popups in 5 mins. Wish I reached out hours ago!

Better than the other apps I have seen with way more affordable features on the lower prices version. Once I see this works I may ugrade to the premium.

I'm having trouble with support. All the YouTube videos don't load. Hard to get this setup. Would appreciate some live support, the chat corner takes you to video conferencing with no support

I installed this app about a week ago, and it's already created engaged customers and helped closed sales!

The customization and general set-up was a breeze, although I did need some help getting the spending set-up correct. Support was very fast and, in fact, spent a fair amount of time chatting with me to help me correct an (unanticipated) issue I'd run into (honestly not expecting it to help generate customers and sales so quickly :) ) and making certain I understood how to adjust and correctly set-up the other codes and coupons I needed to make everything work the way I want. (Nikhil is FABULOUS!!)

No doubt about it... you NEED this app!

And, as I told them, I LOVE the fact that the pricing structure is such that a small, first-timer such as myself has the opportunity to actually SEE it working for me and, in essence, having it help me generate the income that will then cover the fee... v. so many that may offer a free trial (that seems to end before producing results, so you incur expenses) without any proof you need it or it's even going to work for you and your purposes.

So far, there's only been a few very slight glitches -- but they were very quick to respond and even took it upon themselves to help correct them for me. :)

Don't think. Just get it! You have NOTHING to lose with this app, and a WHOLE LOT to gain!

This is an awesome way to give customers extra value while building your contact list. But even more helpful is the support team. When we had a setup issue, they responded within a couple of hours. Now that's great service.
