Less then 2 hours in. Will update review. So far, user friendly. Good app.

I email Sunday late night, get replied Monday morning. Say's it all.
Great app so far. Really user friendly interface with many options. Easy to understand.

Looking for a FAQ by the way, they have an good app for that also. ;)

I signed up to this one mostly due to the pricing structure. I found others too complicated and misleading with standard packages and add ones costing extra. I'm completely new to this and found the dashboard quite simple and when I was unable to do something I used the customer support chat and spoke to a human being that was able to fix it straight away and teach me how to do it also for the future. I'd recommend.

Swell changed there system slightly so the video was out of date. This is due to be redone shortly so future users won't have the same experience,

The video would have been a problem but the live customer support guided me through the set up step by step. Very helpful thank you Josh
