We are using this app now and I love it! Looks great on the website and is very easy to understand for the store owners and the customers to keep track of their accounts. It has some nice backend features where you can add reward points. Has easy to use email features to inform past customers of your new program. And those past customers/transactions auto load into this app so no need to worry about past sales. And when it comes to assistance, Josh is very informative and quick to respond via chat. Probably the easiest help session Ive had with any online app. I recommend using this if you want to have a rewards program that is functional, easy to manage, looks great, & has superb service!

I’ve only been using Yotpo for a short time but I’ve submitted around 3 requests for help so far. One was complex. And every time they’ve been extremely proactive in helping me resolve any issues (most are just due to me setting something up incorrectly).
They always let you know who is dealing with your request so you feel connected to the business

The support was great until you're actually a paying customer. Then it dropped off and all but disappeared. Swell never worked on the POS. Support wasn't helpful. Then I downgraded to the free account, my shop qualifies, but I'm still locked out with the app demanding payment and once again support hasn't helped.

I just downloaded and starting setting up the program. Will have to see how it goes once set up. Easy to use so far.
