The best customer loyalty app out there. We've been working with Josh since the major update today to work through any bugs that have come up and most have been fixed within minutes. The customisability, quality, functionality and support are absolutely second to none! We will be using this app from here on out and looking at getting the paid version as our needs grow.

I haven't made Swell live on my website yet, but going through the set-up, it looks pretty detailed and I like that. 4/5 Stars from me. So far, I do recommend this app.

I've been extremely impressed with this app for creating customer loyalty! In my industry, reward points are desired and expected. It didn't take long for me to figure out the settings and get the hang of things in the dashboard. Swell really made this process easy for me! Thank you! -Beloved Cub

We just started using Swell for our in-store and online customers and love it! Our customers like having their purchase history from in the store available online and the intigration is so seamless!

The support from Josh and his team is fast and very available. He has been great with helping us create a great campaign that fits the individial needs of our store. I love that I can manually add points to a customers Swell account for whatever purpose I want! Thanks Josh!

While the app offers a fair amount of functionality with the basic set-up, the app is expensive beyond that. And they charge a sur-charge for orders over the given limit per plan.
Hoping now that yotpo has bought them, that things will change. For now I'm sticking with the basic plan.
