Haven't used it very long, but in comparrison with previous experience with rewards apps, this one is definitely a cut above the rest.
Sad that the Instagram follow reward only works with the upgrade plan.
Immediate results. My repeat customer business increased by over 150% within a week. I had no idea that there was that much potential, let alone it happening as fast as it did. Even the free plan has a lot of great features. I have a small shop that just opened but I am seeing an increase in activity since I installed the app. I needed some help understanding the email campaign settings but Josh from Support was able to point me in the right direction. Overall I had some issues, but that was my fault, not theirs. 5 stars.
