Awesome app gave me a direct way to collect emails which is awesome! Thanks from MensMake.com
I've never been more disappointed in an than this one. I paid $249.99 for 3-4 months. In total it generated $38 dollars net income. To help optimize & maximize the app, I emailed them and asked if they could help integrate with my store which is a Shopify (premium/high opportunity client) . they sent me a DIY..... super disappointed when I was excited to rewards my clients using their app. I asked for a refund 3x's. every time I got a chat bot. no customer service or person to speak to on the phone. they don't try to understand & connect with their customers. they just see us as a number.
Easy to use, very customizable. No complaints overall Great!!
Swell is very straight forward and easy to use. I am looking forward to implementing this app for my shopify store.

Just starting out with this app. Looks pretty straight forward. I'm giving 4 stars due to the simplicity in installation. Will give another review, once I've started getting sales from this app.
I have just set up the Swell Rewards App on my new website. It has been very easy to do and I am grateful for the easy to follow videos. I can't wait to see how it is received by my customers once I go live!
Already loving this app and would strongly recommend them, we have tried with different developers we really didn't like their pricing system.
Reason we choose Swell is other providers are charging based on numbers of members e.t.c you could have 1000 members that barely evey make any purchase how does that benefit you? Sweel charges based on numbers of orders received, which to me is a win win situation for both.
Problem: the only problem I wish they could make the email notification alot customizable, I like inserting images and other elements to my emails to make them visually appealing and not just something that looks plain.

Unfortunately the app automatically changed the settings in the points to dollar ratio (after they were set by us) resulting in customer rewards doubling and putting our business in jeopardy.
