Swell seems quite easy to use and has boosted our sales. We love giving the customer a reason to sign up for our news letter
Great App I advise everyone to use it!
Incredibly slow support (2+ days for a reply) that simply linked me to articles that were incredibly dense and hard to understand. Complicated UI, and lacking the functionality needed.
Easy to set-up! Great customer service when I had questions about setting up the loyalty program. I really appreciate their assistance and look forward to offering a new rewards program to my customers.
Installed this today and we're already so happy with the customer service. We're not ready to commit to a priced plan yet and Gabrielle S was able to help us resolving a query on our free plan, even offering to log in as a collaborator and do it for us. Once we have proper traffic coming through will be 100% upgrading to a paid plan as the customer service was amazing and the turnaround was so quick. Thank you

Great app. Fairly easy to use, but still wish there were more customization options. I.e. specifically show a certain reward or campaign on popup as default.
One of the best app out here, We were able to run first campaign, within minutes, Full customization was something we were after and all the referral campaigns can be just according to our design guidelines.

I definitely think that this app has the potential to be MUCH better than any of the other rewards apps. The features are much more robust and you have greater control over the system options and customization. The social media features just need further development.
Customer service was satisfactory.
I have been looking closely into many loyalty apps in the last 24 hours, installed and deleted a number of them. This is the second one where live chat was possible and useful, and the first app to have a reasonable free plan with language customization. Still in the beginning of the customization and I hope the experience remains positive.
So far it has been great for us. We are a new shop but have been in business for many years. I am excited to see how much business this brings us.
