I am excited to find an app that has all of the marketing capabilities that I need for my store!
swell is a great app for my store!

Ritchie in chat support was so responsive and helpful in getting this app set up onto our store after we already had account with the Reviews & Ratings program. Truly made the process easy and quick!
We haven't started running Swell yet because we are making some modifications to the basic referral program. Our referrers will be "reps", there will be an application etc. etc. That said I have been dealing with Josh, the founder for probably four weeks ironing out the details and the support has been 10/10.
We didn't even have a paying account and Josh was prompt and helpful, exchanging dozens of emails to set it up the way we needed to. I'll keep you all posted on how the program goes but Im confident if there's any issues this support team will handle it. AWESOME service!
Excellent app and the support is just as good. Dzenita and DJ were responsive, helped us through some migration issues, always found a solution, and promptly took care of everything we requested and needed. The app itself was easy to set up, and although we only just launched the program, we're expecting to see good results. After comparison with other apps, we know we made a good decision when we settled on Swell. The app offers great features, and the support staff care. Very happy!
