Had a couple of questions when setting up Yotpo. It was urgent as the website was on a deadline to go live. The support team was super responsive and helped me out, within 24 hours it was all sorted :) Haven't had too much of a chance to try all the features in the app (there are a lot) but so far the out of the box settings are great. The integration with referrals is easy to set up and works exceptionally well (try a Viral Loops or Referral Hero and you'll quickly - and painfully- find out that not all referral softwares manage to do this well, or even mediocre). So far really happy, based on support, features & ease of use 5/5 stars.

swell rewards is the loyalty program that i have been searching for to reward "good behavior" by my clients.....its easy to install and easy for clients to understand. Thanks Swell for making my clients feel appreciated.
S'well worth the free trial!! Simple to use interface and easy to implement. PLUS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! We asked for a few features and they jumped on it quick. The new newsletter pop-up for a sign-up discount just got installed a week after we mentioned it to them... Thanks again! :)
This app is really helpful. I have installed it recently, now I have a few new email substriptions already. They have a great customer support. I got help from Danreb who was fantastic. Highly recommended!
It has been pretty easy to add this new reward program to our website - once it is set up it doesn't require much work from us. We like it ! :-)
So far, I'm only on the setting up phase- haven't gone live. But the team has been very helpful- especially on my last chat Era P has been amazing answering all my questions. Looking forward to using this app!
I have a brand new shop in Shopify. Long chose a loyalty program and stopped at Sell.
Clear advantages:
* This application develops your customer base and develops with your store.
* It becomes paid when it makes a profit.
* The application takes into account not only purchases and birthdays, but the fact that a grateful client shares your content in social networks.
Support pleases! Because of the time difference, I get answers a day later and this is the only inconvenience.
But the level of service at the height.
Most of the time Bernard answers my questions. Everything is always very clear and attentive.
