Initial set up was pretty straight forward, but then there were a few questions I had and bits I wasn't entirely sure how to set up. I contacted the customer service team and was helped by Lemuel. They were amazing and patiently helped me set everything up. I am very happy with the results

Easy to setup & use - has all the features you need for a great rewards program

I added Rewards and Referrals by Swell a few weeks ago. I'm using the free plan. I have no complaints. It works as it should. I have an increase of 40% sign ups since the rewards have been added. The results are very promising.

Swell is awesome it does everything you need to crowdsource your business and it is free at first! Strongly Suggest!

For people like myself that aren't tech savvy at all, I mean AT ALL, you should definitely take advantage of their customer service. It is EXCEPTIONAL!

With just one email explaining to them what I needed their help with (which was EVERYTHING, lol) they not only answered all of my questions, but you guys, they went ahead and repaired a glitch for me that affected my store. I DIDN’T HAVE TO DO ANYTHING! I just told them what I was wrong, and the next day, it was all done. Best of all, their service was FREE! Yes, FREE. Most stores charge a hefty price for the service of a technician, but not SWELL REWARDS.
