Really loving this app. It helps me to easily get email signups and gives my customers more reason to shop my store. I was really easy to install and setup, and the support is great. I highly recommend Swell. Thanks for an awesome app!

Good app, hardly any basic customer service. Offers good customization details for loyalty points and retention.

Amazing. Other loyalty programs are VERY limited in functionality. Swell has the most flexibility and feature set by far. Josh and his team are very responsive and are often right there ready to chat about issues through Intercom. Best loyalty program on Shopify by far. I used other programs but they didn't hold a candle and were very slow to release features on Shopify. It was rather painful before Swell. Thanks for a great product with great support. You guys rock!

I am telling my fellow sellers a cautionary tale. I have been with Yotpo for 7 years.. a long time in the e-commerce world. I have watched this company transition and what has become apparent is 1- there are major speed issues with all yotpo products on your shopify store 2- you will experience Google Console issues and they will expect you and your dev team to invest time to assist with a fix with no economic benefit to you 3- you will experience cost increases year over year and 4- they will have no loyalty to you if you are an older client or if your business goes through a hard season

Of course, companies need to make money but their business model has slowly pulled in things like SMS. What this means for you, fellow retailer, is that you will lose compatibility with critical channels (like say, Attentive for SMS). Their response? Just move to us... bundle and save- and they treat the precious company you've built like a cable and telephone contract.

This insidious way of doing business is bad for all small businesses. There are plenty of better options that won't weigh down your site, cause SEO issues and throw compatibility roadblocks into the mix (as well as save you a considerable amount of cash).

This is my 15th year running my brand. My reviews are few and far between for stack tech however when I see predatory contract management that hurts business and overall operations I am compelled to share it to prevent the heartache and replatforming we are now going to undertake.

Just signed up but it seems pretty great so far. Not completely sure how it will present to the customer but I am excited to see results.

So far so good! Swell is reasonably easy to set up and customers are already getting into it! It's great to see some engagement with the store. Setting up the discount codes is a bit of a pain, it would be easier if the app did this automatically, but it's easy with the bulk discount app as well.

This app has been GREAT so far. Very easy to understand and to use. It helps me keep track of all of my clients purchases and points earned the way that I want it to. The awesome customization options and clean look put the cherry on top.

The only thing I would recommend changing in the app is enabling more options for editing points balance(ability to remove points adjustments, etc.) in the user interface.

I would definitely recommend this to anyone trying to encourage customer loyalty on any scale.
