So far, I'm loving SWELL, it's simply... Well, swell! User friendly, short quick tutorials for help when I need it. This makes my experience pretty great thus far. I'm still in process of launching, and learning along the way this is app is a must have! Building my brand an customer loyalty through a rewards program that's easy to set up is a must for every business.... Who doesn't love rewards, right?! Anywho my only complaint to date is that, I use my iPad for my daily business doings and the app seems to be a bit glitchy and not as comparable as I would like at the moment. Customizing the fields in coupons and such is tricky. But, I'm certain if I were using a Mac or PC, the process would in fact, be seamless.

So far so good. I had a lot of questions while trying to set it up so that's is why I gave a 4. Seems to be better than the other reward apps I tried in terms of options and rewards you can offer are really good.

Really easy to set up and very customizable. Only wish the enable/disable feature was available for all pop ups.

My success person is helpful. When I have had questions they are answered immediately. Chat support is fantastic. I think my biggest complaint is how "plain" everything looks! The rewards modules are kind of clunky and the triggered emails are very plain. For the cost of the program I would expect something more sleek. However, it works. I have not had issues with the point system (other than it's a bit complicated for my old customers to learn at first). I'm moving to a new email provider that integrates with Swell/Yotpo. I'm hoping to just move my triggered emails over there for a better customer experience.

Easy to customise to fit your brand style (including nice fonts), plus a helpful and friendly customer service. Definitely recommend it to someone who wants to set up a rewards program. The free plan already has plenty of options to work with.
