Glenn did a great job in helping me understand why a customer did not receive their rewards points. He went in-depth and provided excellent visuals in order for me to get a better understanding. He was patient and nice. I liked how quickly my issue was addressed and resolved. Overall it was a great experience with the chat!

This is a really helpful app, brings up a lot of sales into my store. they just recently released a newsletter signup feature, which is fully customizable. It will be great for the customers. The support is very helpful and friendly. Very great app! and its free.

The fact that you have the ability to customize as much as you can with the free account is incredible! Make sure you watch the YouTube video on how to set up coupons because I did it completely wrong. Great app! I can't wait to watch customers join my loyalty program and watch my store gain revenue!
