I received the best support I've ever received from any company thanks to Ritchie M. I've never used the chat widget for complex questions but Ritchie could handle everything I asked and to top it off, I learnt so much that I'm definitely keeping L&R in my tech stack. Huge asset to Yotpo, well done and keep up the great support!

Josh spent an hour on the phone with me when I signed up..not to mention that the best time for me to do a call was around 9pm when I got home from running my shop. He was happy to be available. I have yet to see a loyalty app that is as incredible as this one! The cost for the quality is untouchable. We were even able to cancel another paid app because Swell had us covered as far as functionality goes! Just got up and going and are extremely satisfied so far! :-)
