Yotpo: Loyalty & Rewards

We just installed this app and we absolutely love it! We look forward to rewarding our clients for their support and loialty.

I just started using SWELL and its been seamless to use and start a customer rewards program and create a raving fan community.

The interface is a little clunky as is the support documentation, however, the customer service team are great and at your disposal should you need any guidance which is a real help.

The app is ok. Not as user-friendly as others. Hands down the worst support of any app I have ever used on Shopify. Screenshots are not enough, they want videos. Which a lot of office computers won't support. Can't answer simple questions. Typically they try and send you back to Shopify.

Our team is really looking forward to using Swell. We compared it against some competition and made our best decision.

Thank you Swell for your developers offering such a useful app -so far so good. I'll be sure to keep you posted on progress!

so far the customer service has responded pretty good, i hope that this is the app i need to grow my sales..

Easy to customize and very straight forward to use.

Swell is just amazing.Plain and simple. A must have app!
